Miracles

Miracles happen every day,

Just keep your eyes open.

Miracles are blessings that come into play,

Which help you find your way,

Miracles are seldom seen for what they are,

They are seen as challenging events,

Only in hindsight are they seen as true miracles of which they are,

So always follow your star.

Home

This home is not just a house,

With a mouse,

It's so much more,

It is like a village,

Because it is an apartment.

It has many hearths as well as kitchens inside,

However their are few cottages or firesides,

Unless you count the imaginations of the residents of the tenement.

Fire

The fire burned,

The more it burned,

The more it learned.

It had a flare,

For air,

Which caused a crackle,

Within the inferno,

There were flames, 

Which caused smoke,

To hearth the brimstone,

Which made it like stone,

Within the fire 

That burns within the sun.

Winds

The Winds

The Winds of the East,

The Winds of the West,

There putting me through a test.

The Winds of the North,

The Winds of the South,

They are all going in my mouth.

Ideas

Ideas flow in and out of my head like butterflies,

Ideas make my wonders never cease,

Ideas go where no one has gone before,

Ideas are the building blocks for all which we create.

The Dreidel Game

In the Dreidel game of Chanakah, 

We all win pieces of chocalate gold coins,

Aleph, Bet, Gimel, Nun,

Take half,

Take all,

Put back, or 

Take None.

Four sides of the dreidel represent four kingdoms or four possible lands.

Compassion

Compassion doesn't make you weak,

Compassion makes you strong,

Compassion gives you much to speak,

Compassion gives you strength from above,

Compassion gives you the ability to love.

Compassion shows your true humanity,

Despite its many qualms.

Compassion is the most gentle force,

Within natures full coarse.
